With that idea in mind, The Drive-In at Fiesta Texas, which is hosted by Rooftop Cinema Club, has released it’s fall movie lineup. We consider our clients family and we will do everything within our power to make your event a memorable event.Autumn is officially here, and the weather sure feels like it! So what better time could there be to get outside and experience and old school drive in movie? We are here to serve you and promote a value of community. If you are visiting our site as a potential client, we want to give you a Texas size welcome. We share a common passion with the other FunFlick’s licensees – to focus on bringing generations together in the local community to create extraordinary experiences, one event at a time. In truth, we were humbled and honored to be given this opportunity to become part of a national network of bringing the drive-in experience to our clients. We previously operated as a competitor of FunFlicks as an independent provider. We recently, in the Spring of 2018, were asked to become a licensee of FunFlicks. Today, we service the entire state of Texas. We quickly expanded from Houston to Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. What a business! We had discovered something that was sorely missed – a version of the drive-in of old. From that first event, news traveled extremely quickly and our phones began to ring off the hook. The City of Dallas was our first client and Samuel Grand Park was our first venue. We purchased our first AIRSCREEN in the Fall of 2004. Finally a fresh marketing idea that is fun for the entire family and promotes a sense of community. Oddly enough, one of my first clients was my previous employer…they became a sponsor of our events. I took a huge risk and quit the security of my 13 year job and started my very own outdoor cinema company. I have been blessed with an entrepreneurial gift and I immediately knew I wanted to be part of this craze. The premise was similar to the old drive-in theater of yesteryear but instead of going to the drive-in, companies were delivering the drive-in experience to you! At this time, there were only a handful of companies doing this in the States. We were running out of creative ideas when I came across an article regarding the latest entertainment rage in Europe – outdoor cinema. We were always looking for unique ways to reach potential clients. Well back in 2004, I was working for a Fortune 500 company in Sales and Marketing. The most common question we get asked is: “how did you come up with this idea?”. Welcome to FunFlicks of Texas! Y’all know that everything is BIGGER in Texas, right? So we are here to provide you with the biggest, baddest, outdoor movie experience you can image.
